Lease Structure
Lessee shall have exclusive operational control of the aircraft during each lease period.
Each lease is documented individually and subject to aircraft and crew availability.
Minimum usage: 2 flight hours per reserved day. Multi-day blocks are available.
Fees: Lessee shall pay (i) a per-flight-hour lease rate and (ii) a fixed monthly administrative fee, both plus applicable taxes.
Lessee is responsible for all operating expenses, including fuel, crew, landing and handling fees, hangar or parking costs away from base, and any other trip-specific expenses.
Important Notes
This offering is for a dry lease only; no pilot services, scheduling, or dispatch are provided by the lessor.
All pilots must meet the aircraft’s insurance pilot warranty requirements, including current type rating and annual recurrent training.
The lessee is responsible for complying with all FAA regulations applicable to operations under Part 91.

Pilot must hold a valid multi-engine and instrument rating and have logged a minimum of 3,000 total hours, of which, 1,500 were in multi-engine turbine or jet engine aircraft, of which 100 hour in an Embraer Phenom 100. Pilot must maintain a E50P single pilot type-rating, and must successfully complete formal, annual ground and flight recurrent training in a Phenom 100.
